1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SIS Web Works services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SIS Web Works offers:

• Website design and development (one-time projects)
• Website revamp and redesign services
• Monthly website maintenance plans
• SEO setup and marketing add-ons

3. Payment Terms

• One-Time Projects: Payment is required before work begins or split into 50% upfront and 50% upon completion for projects over $500.
• Monthly Plans: Billed automatically on a monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.

4. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided for each project. Delays caused by client feedback, content delays, or third-party services are not the responsibility of SIS Web Works.

5. Revisions

All website packages include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $50/hour. Monthly maintenance plans include ongoing content updates.

6. Ownership

• Upon full payment, you own the website design and content. SIS Web Works retains the right to showcase your project in our portfolio.
• Third-party software, plugins, and themes are subject to their respective licenses.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• Full refunds available if no work has been started.
• Partial refunds available based on work completed.
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled anytime.

8. Limitation of Liability

SIS Web Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
